Awad is the Founder of Ventaro Consultancy and a senior management consultant with over 30 years of experience in project management, owner representation, and strategic advisory across the Gulf region and Jordan. He has led complex governmental, hospitality, and residential projects, delivering structured, efficient, and high-quality outcomes.

Dr. Marwan Awad is a prominent Jordanian economist, banker, and former Minister of Finance. He has held senior public service roles including Minister of Finance (1996–1997) and Secretary General of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. In the financial sector, Dr. Awad served as CEO and General Manager of major banks such as Jordan Ahli Bank, Qatar Islamic Bank, and Jordan Industrial Development Bank. Widely respected for his influence on Jordan’s financial sector, Dr. Awad is an active contributor to regional economic forums and a published author.
